Ultimate Fraud Prevention
Diliguard provides ultimate fraud prevention software to detect synthetic identity rings. We correlate device telemetry and OSINT data to stop fraud.
What Is Ultimate Fraud Prevention?
Ultimate Fraud Prevention is Diliguard’s most comprehensive check, combining corporate and personal data into a single Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) report. It triggers every relevant module for whatever combination of company name, person name, and email is provided, rather than requiring separate manual checks per category.
How Ultimate Fraud Prevention Works
- Corporate Layer: Runs LEI registration lookup, UBO tracing across the UK and 27 EU member states, corporate adverse media, corporate regulatory enforcement, corporate sanctions screening, and offshore leaks correlation.
- Person Layer: Runs person adverse media, PEP and Interpol screening, person regulatory enforcement, and person sanctions screening.
- Digital Footprint Layer: Where an email is provided, runs Email OSINT and dark web credential leak checks.
- Cross-Referencing: Correlates findings across the corporate and person layers, for example surfacing that a flagged individual holds a directorship in the company under review.
What Diliguard Returns
Each module returns its own result in the standard format for that category: sanctions, PEP, and regulatory findings return match cards with Entity Match Name, Database List, Match Score, and available biographical details; UBO tracing returns ownership percentage cards; adverse media returns article cards with title, source, and date; offshore leaks returns entity cards naming the ICIJ investigation source. The report presents every triggered module as a separate, reviewable tab rather than collapsing them into one score.
Data Sources and Coverage
Sanctions screening spans roughly 215 countries via OFAC/UN/EU/UK consolidated lists. PEP screening spans 28 countries plus a separate EU-wide and a global collection. UBO tracing spans the UK and the 27 EU member states. Adverse media draws on Google News with local-language translation. Offshore leaks draws on ICIJ’s Panama, Pandora, and Paradise Papers. Digital footprint checks query public DNS, WHOIS, and breach/dump indexes. Coverage is not uniform across every layer, and each layer’s real scope is stated above rather than rounded to a single number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need both a company name and a person name to run this check?
No. All fields are optional, but at least one should be provided for a meaningful result. Providing more fields (company, person, email) triggers more modules and produces a fuller report.
Why does this take longer than a single scan?
It runs the widest range of modules available across corporate, person, and digital footprint layers simultaneously, which takes longer than a single-module scan but returns in one report what would otherwise require running eight or more separate checks.
Is UBO tracing in this report global, given how comprehensive the rest of it is?
No. UBO tracing in this report has the same UK and EU-27 scope as the standalone Corporate KYB module. The sanctions and adverse media layers in the same report are broader.
When is Ultimate Fraud Prevention the right check instead of a single-module scan?
When the situation is high-risk by nature, a large financial transaction, a politically exposed counterparty, or a client from a high-risk jurisdiction, where a single-category check would leave gaps a cross-referenced report would catch.
Where This Fits
Ultimate Fraud Prevention is the escalation-tier check behind Gambling Service Providers and Investment Migration Operators for high-risk applicants, and Personal Safety for full identity and criminal background verification before a first meeting.
